Trailer rentals are a great way to provide your wedding or event with a beautiful trailer and utilize all the equipment that you need to serve guests in one affordable package. Booking requires a non-refundable $100 deposit at time of booking. One week prior to the event, customers must pay a REFUNDABLE damage deposit for the trailer and equipment. The balance is due when the trailer is delivered. This rental provides professional services equipment and a great country feel with a straight forward process and no hidden fees or charges.
Coffee & Dessert Trailer Rental Includes:
12 Hour Trailer Rental-This beautiful trailer is fully wired with lights & outlets, and plumbed with a hand washing sink. The trailer also include a commercial fridge to store water, cream and desserts. The trailer has been inspected and approved by WA L&I. Shore power cable is included that can be connected to any 110 outlet or generator (not included). Rental includes delivery within 30 miles of Spokane, setup of floral decorations around trailer, and take down.
Tables & Table Clothes-Rental includes setup of 2 tables with pink table clothes and cow print accents. Customers may provide table clothes, if they prefer a different color. Table clothes will be tacked down to ensure they stay in place.
Coffee Service Equipment-
(2x) 40 cup coffee urn-this is great to have one to serve and the second to be brewing for easy exchange with uninterrupted service.
(1x) 30 cup coffee urn-this is generally used to provide a decaf option
(2x) 2,5L hot water airpots- with 2 airpots you can rotate hot water so guests have a tea option
(1x) tea bag caddy- this adorable caddy adds a beautiful and functional holder for your tea bags
(1x) 3 gallon water dispenser- this top fill dispenser is easy to refill
(2x) 32oz cream pitcher- 2 pitchers provide an option to have cream & alternative milk (almond, soy, etc.) or rotate cream pitchers
(1x) sugar caddy- this 3 compartment caddy typically holds sugar and two sweetener alternatives
(1x) table top trash - this is a great small trash to collect sweetener package trash
(1x) dessert tray- great for dunkable desserts that go well with coffee
